I was born and raised in York County, Virginia and now live in James City County with my husband, Roger, and my two kids, Madelyn and Zach. My husband is a local physician and also is a Major in the Virginia National Guard and just returned from serving his second tour in Iraq. My kids attend D.J. Montague Elementary school and are active in scouts, swimming, soccer, and basketball.
I enjoy spending time with my family whether it be going to games, swim meets, church, or hanging out in our home. I am an avid horse person, ride regularly, show occasionally, and keep my horse at Carlton Farms just outside of Jamestown. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from James Madison University and a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.
